Your role

Exclusive Program Compliance Monitoring:

• Assist in monitoring compliance with exclusive affiliate programs, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of affiliate activities to identify any violations or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the initiative's team to address compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Project Management:

• Work closely with the team lead on key strategic initiatives to increase affiliates' coverage on the platform
• Support the initiative's team in managing various projects
• Coordinate and assist in follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Assist in creating visual assets, such as banners, and graphics, to support marketing initiatives.

Operations:

• Payment Processing:
  • Assist in managing affiliate payment processes, including tracking and validating payments to affiliates.
  • Address any payment-related inquiries or issues from affiliates and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Account Approval:
  • Assist in the review and approval process for affiliate account applications.
  • Communicate with affiliates regarding the status of their applications and provide necessary guidance.
• Content Review:
  • Support the team in reviewing and analyzing affiliate-generated content for compliance with marketing guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and address any content-related issues or violations promptly.
• Incubation Tracking:
  • Aid in monitoring and tracking the progress of incubation programs for newly onboarded affiliates.
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate performance metrics during the incubation period.
  • Credit vouchers for eligible KOLs who have successfully completed the starter challenge

Training & development

An intern at Shopee Malaysia shared her training and development experience during the program. On the first day, the interns will receive a welcome gift bag with stationery and a Shopee notebook, along with the laptop. Next, you will get the onboarding briefing to know the company's core values, culture, and environment. Then, you will be supervised by a mentor to do the projects and assignments. Moreover, Shopee provides various training for interns to develop their skills whether soft skills or hard skills.

About you

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with program guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts and a basic understanding of compliance monitoring is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with payment systems, content management platforms, and marketing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
