About you

• Possess a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) that is relevant
• To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
• You should enjoy being challenged and welcome the opportunity to be innovative.
• You also need to be good at absorbing information, analyzing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas.
• You should have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team, and the credibility to influence others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
• Depending on the nature of work, roles can be based in either West or East Malaysia locations.
