About you

You should enjoy being challenged, so that rather than being daunted or overwhelmed if a task seems impossible, you welcome the opportunity to be innovative. You also need to be good at absorbing information, analyzing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team, and the credibility to influence others.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a degree (Bachelors, Master, or PhD) that is relevant
• To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
• Graduate before your first day at Shell.  

Dependent of the nature of work, roles can be based in either West or East Malaysia locations.

• As a Graduate of Shell Malaysia, you may get an annual salary of MYR 79,000 to MYR 143,000.
