Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with the VME team to advise on business plans, transactions, and decision support for diverse clients.
- Evaluate businesses, projects, securities, intangible assets, and financial instruments for various purposes, including financial reporting and mergers & acquisitions.
- Prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends affecting cash flow and deal valuation.
- Conduct industry and company research using online tools and public information.
- Research technical accounting issues to evaluate their impact on transaction valuation and structuring.
- Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel.
