Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Collaborate with the VME team to advise on business plans, transactions, and decision support for diverse clients.
  • Evaluate businesses, projects, securities, intangible assets, and financial instruments for various purposes, including financial reporting and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends affecting cash flow and deal valuation.
  • Conduct industry and company research using online tools and public information.
  • Research technical accounting issues to evaluate their impact on transaction valuation and structuring.
  • Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel.

About You

Candidates should possess:

  • A curious and purpose-driven approach, seeking opportunities and asking insightful questions.
  • Inclusivity, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • At least an average distinction/2nd upper degree in fields like Operational Studies, Data Analytics, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • A master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
