Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participate in Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program with a personal coach and intensive bootcamp training.
- Engage in regional project assignments across SEA.
- Develop core consulting skills and business acumen.
- Perform research, data analysis, and modeling to solve complex business problems.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data for insights.
- Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leaders.
- Design initiatives with a focus on human-centered principles.
- Assist in creating adaptable organizational structures.
- Empower teams to adopt innovative work methods.
- Develop metrics for monitoring workforce effectiveness.
About You
Candidates should:
- Be available to start in February 2025.
- Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Be collaborative, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Have strong analytical skills and executive presence.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
