Tax & Legal Immigration Business Support Consultant (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist multinational clients with immigration support, including consultations and documentation.
• Provide legal advisory on business and employment issues.
• Support regional portfolios with immigration needs.
• Liaise with authorities for immigration cases.
• Manage ongoing cases and handle escalations professionally.
• Conduct ad-hoc research as needed.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Interest in a career in Immigration.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Malaysian immigration services is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Project management experience.
• Data analysis experience.
