Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide administrative support to the Resource Management Team on regional staffing demands and updates.
- Maintain the Regional Staffing System, including practitioner profiles, scheduling updates, and availability tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end process of the CV database, ensuring compliance with Deloitte standards.
- Conduct research to identify suitable internal candidates for internal demand.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality of human resource information.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in any discipline.
- Familiarity with MS Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
