Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Perform research, data analysis, and modeling to solve business problems.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Lead or manage change within complex organizations.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop client recommendations.
• Support organizational and change initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops and assist in financial administration.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Be available for a 10-week internship starting March 2025.
• Be pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.
• Have knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Be team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Be passionate about consulting and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Be fluent in English.
