Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participate in the INSPIRES Internship Program, collaborating with top professionals.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to solve business problems.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Lead or manage change within complex organizations, including strategy development and business process transformation.
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
- Work closely with Project Managers to develop client recommendations.
- Support clients in delivering organizational and change initiatives.
- Facilitate client workshops and assist in financial administration of engagements.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are available to start in May, June, or August 2025 for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Are pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
- Have knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Are team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
- Are passionate about consulting and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Are fluent in English.
