Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in the INSPIRES Internship Program, collaborating with top professionals.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to solve business problems.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Lead or manage change within complex organizations, including strategy development and business process transformation.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Work closely with Project Managers to develop client recommendations.
• Support clients in delivering organizational and change initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops and assist in financial administration of engagements.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are available to start in May, June, or August 2025 for a minimum of 10 weeks.
• Are pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
• Have knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Are team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
• Are passionate about consulting and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Are fluent in English.
