Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program with a personal coach.
• Undergo a 2-week intensive bootcamp for skill development.
• Engage in regional projects across SEA.
• Develop consulting skills and business acumen.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Lead or manage change within complex organizations.
• Develop change management strategies and manage risks.
• Collaborate with project and client teams.
• Support organizational and change initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops.
• Assist in financial administration of engagements.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Be available to start in February 2025.
• Hold a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent.
• Possess knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
