Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support clients in defining HR strategy aligned with values.
• Analyze and suggest improvements to HR processes.
• Contribute to designing HR service delivery models.
• Advise on global HR transformation programs.
• Collaborate with project teams to enhance HR processes.
• Implement HR technology solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Be available for a 10-week internship starting March, May, June, or August 2025.
• Be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Have knowledge of systems requirements or programming languages.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Exhibit problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning.
• Show a passion for consulting and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Be fluent in English.

Training & Development

Interns will access a wide range of training and development activities, enhancing key capabilities and skills.
