Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program with a personal coach and intensive training.
• Engage in regional projects across Southeast Asia.
• Develop consulting skills and business acumen.
• Perform research, data analysis, and modeling for business problems.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Transform HR processes and implement HR technology solutions.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors or Workday HCM project stages.
• Support project teams in HR service delivery design.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are available to start in February 2025.
• Hold a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors/Workday HCM (advantageous).
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Are client-focused, results-oriented, and team players.
• Demonstrate business acumen and analytical skills.
