Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Respond to and resolve technical inquiries related to the Human Capital platform.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, providing timely solutions.
- Maintain and update relevant documentation and knowledge bases.
- Assist in implementing system upgrades, patches, and updates.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance platform efficiency.
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Manage escalation of aging tickets or any arising issues.
- Continuously expand knowledge of SuccessFactors/Workday and related technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fresh graduate status with less than 2 years of working experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, Human Resource, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility in adopting new solutions or applications.
- Ability to work according to clients' business workdays and office hours, including rotational support for high-priority requests.
