Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
• Support consultants with logistics and document preparation.
• Manage internal systems and monitor case statuses.
• Draft billing requests and handle ad-hoc tasks.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably 6 months of experience in immigration matters, though fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
