Global Employer Services Immigration Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

• Assisting admin on administrative tasks. 
• Assisting consultant/case worker on drafting emails, 1-tier document reviewing, and document safekeeping.
• Assist consultant on logistics arrangement, document scanning/printing/compilation for submission to the. authority.
• Managing GES internal system and its related tasks.
• Help to monitor case status including liaising with authority via call/emails.
• Draft billing request form, and tidy up billing exercise.
• Assist on any ad-hoc task.

About You

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
