Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Ensure SEA Sidecar report accuracy before uploading to Delnvois portal for e-invoicing.
- Request and follow up with the engineering team for mandatory e-invoicing information.
- Email final e-invoices to GFS mailbox for merging with SWIFT invoices.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from the Credit Control Manager.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in MY billing processes; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Analytical skills and meticulous nature.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
