Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in delivering proposals and projects on integrated risk management, corporate governance, and business resilience.
• Develop research-oriented thought leadership publications.
• Provide specialized input for clients on corporate governance practices and risk management.
• Conduct board evaluations, remuneration reviews, and moderate general meeting proceedings.
• Contribute to business continuity management, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
• Conduct research on emerging topics.
• Assist in capacity building programs like trainings and workshops.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of risk management and corporate governance.
• Familiarity with international risk management frameworks and corporate governance standards.
• Knowledge of local and global economic, social, and governance developments is advantageous.
