Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collect and understand client business and technical requirements.
- Develop techno-functional solutions within Salesforce, focusing on Sales and Service.
- Train clients on Salesforce Solutions and serve as a subject matter advisor.
- Interact with internal, client, and partner stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design, implementation, and systems integration.
- Contribute to overall deliverables and support project activities.
- Engage and follow up on end-to-end customer journeys.
About You
- Candidates should be available to start in February 2025.
- Strong academic performance in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Final-year students or recent graduates with 0-2 years of work experience.
- Experience in capturing business requirements and understanding CRM processes.
- Ability to conduct workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
