As part of our team, you will be:

FSS- Account Payable (Concur), Internship:

  • Process employee claims in Concur globally by validating receipts, and expense types, and checking for exceptional adherence to company travel policy.
  • Ensure all concur reports are submitted by travelers on time.
  • Provide global support to employees in Concur.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant professionals and authorities.
  • Posting of accrual of employee reimbursement during month-end closing.
  • Develop and enhance company-related financial processes. 
  • Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any Accounting or Finance course.
  • Minimum duration of 4 months. Preference will be given to those who can start in October 2024.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to new tasks, technologies, and methodologies with a quick learning curve.
  • Demonstrate basic interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work towards tight deadlines, self-driven, and with a can-do attitude.
  • Computer literate - good in Microsoft Office tools.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
