Your role

The AmGraduate Program (AmGP) is an intensive 18-month programme that aims to develop young outstanding Malaysian graduates to be leaders of tomorrow with AmBank Group. The programme is divided into 3 job rotations. It also experiences and explores the exceptional opportunity at an organization that offers a wide range of positions that are suited to young professionals' talents.

Participants' progress in the programme will be reviewed regularly. Performance evaluation will be conducted verbally and in writing at the end of each assignment. The evaluation will focus on their development in the programme based on:

• Understanding and application of concepts learned
• Project/assignment outcome and Skills developed

Training & development

AmGP is tailor-made and professionally designed to set you up for success and ensure you get the most out of your career. There will be a supervisor mentor who will be assigned to support, counsel, teach, and help you. The mentors will guide you and follow through with your programme, providing you with continuous feedback and coaching. In addition, the trainees will get the following training and developments:
