IT Service Desk Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

In this role, you will assist the team by providing technical support, and evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support for various IT systems, applications, and assets.
• Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution.
• Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes & procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the IT field 

Required skills and experience

• A minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
