Your role

In this role, you will be accountable for the following tasks:

• Posting cash receipts in the ERP system, following up on auto cash.
• Resolving problems related to cash application and sales invoice batch posting for the appropriate entities.
• Performing transfers of cash (both internal and external).
• Updating customer accounts based on the Credit Manager's requests.
• Following up on the billing due list.
• Releasing/creating credit/debit notes.
• Performing month-end closing activities for the appropriate entities, preparing reconciliations; and analyzing any AR to GL differences.
• Maintaining backup functions for other team members.
• Supporting audit requests if required.
• Communicating with other parties for cash application processing (Collections, CS, AP, GL, Credit, etc.).

Training & development

This internship offers hands-on experience in cost analysis, system operations, and financial reporting. At the end of the internship, you can expect to have developed the skills in the mentioned fields. Additionally, you will also develop communication skills and professional networking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
