Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Perform and manage sales support to improve turnaround time and service levels.
- Involved in day-to-day Employee Benefits (EB) sales support activities.
- Prepare and send renewal invitation emails to clients and intermediaries.
- Prepare presentation slides.
- Source quotations for events and compare shortlisted proposals.
- Undertake and assist with all administrative tasks related to Employee Business.
- Assist in event organizing and sales campaign monitoring.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for at least a 6-month attachment.
