Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Perform and manage sales support to improve turnaround time and service levels.
  • Involved in day-to-day Employee Benefits (EB) sales support activities.
  • Prepare and send renewal invitation emails to clients and intermediaries.
  • Prepare presentation slides.
  • Source quotations for events and compare shortlisted proposals.
  • Undertake and assist with all administrative tasks related to Employee Business.
  • Assist in event organizing and sales campaign monitoring.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for at least a 6-month attachment.
