Job summary

Responsible for handling branch operation task

Key responsibilities

  • Signature verification, scrutiny, and create service in the system
  • Perform endorsement/changes to the policy contract
  • Documents acknowledgment, sorting, updating of incoming mail & dispatching outgoing mail

Key requirements

  • Time management and discipline
  • Proficient with computer skills, inclusive of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication – written and oral skills
  • Self-motivating, effective interpersonal skills
  • Prefer intern can start in September / October 2024 for 3 months internship
