Support back-office operations and enhance customer care at Allianz, a leading insurance company.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails.
- Support signature verification for service requests.
- Aid in simple non-financial endorsements.
- Help with H&S claim registration.
- Participate in scanned documents disposal.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
About you
The ideal candidate:
- Must be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
- Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang Branch.
- Is a fast learner, proactive, and able to multitask.
