Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
- Assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial customer requests.
- Assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
- Assist in scanned documents and disposal exercises.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or related fields.
- Willingness to work at the ALIM Klang Branch.
- Availability for a minimum 3-month internship, preferably starting September/October 2024.
- Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and multitask effectively.
