Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial customer requests.
  • Assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
  • Assist in scanned documents and disposal exercises.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by management.

About you

Candidates should possess or be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce, or related fields.

  • Willingness to work in ALIM Klang Branch.
  • Minimum 3-month internship period, preferably starting January 2025.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and able to multitask.
