Your role

Duration of internship: 4-6 months

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support the design and execution of events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track progress and performance.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
• Take initiative to propose new ideas and initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Training & development

The Internship program begins with training sessions to improve technical and professional skills. Interns learn various aspects of the business, and challenges faced, and prioritize client needs. They work closely with mentors and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Salary & benefits

The estimated total pay range for an Intern at Allianz is MYR 12K per year.

About you

The requirements for this internship:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
