Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Study and research corporate governance practices and regulations.
- Assist in meeting arrangements and projects.
- Liaise with Directors on administrative matters.
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
About you
The ideal candidate:
- Is pursuing or holds a degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, ICSA, or equivalent.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Has a good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possesses great interpersonal skills.
- Has knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial practice (advantageous).
- Available for an internship from January 2025 to March/April 2025.
