Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital application enhancements, document issues, and collaborate on solutions.
- Assist in creating documentation, communication materials, and user guides for digital applications.
- Support the preparation of reports to inform digital strategies.
- Provide first-level support for inquiries related to digital applications.
About you
Ideal candidates should:
- Be pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Technology/Computer Science, or a related field.
- Be eager to learn and contribute to digital projects.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges.
- Commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
