Internship (Rolling Intake)

Join Alliance Bank in Kuala Lumpur as an intern, focusing on system testing and quality assurance for the Retail Loan Origination System.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT tests and log defects until closure. 
• Collaborate with solution vendors for defect resolution.
• Conduct regression testing.
• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing business systems.
• Research and design customer journeys and user interfaces.
• Support project management with documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Report testing status to the Test Manager/Lead.

About you

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma with an interest in testing methodologies.
• Skills in test planning, scoping, and script/case development.
• Experience in issue/bug reporting and progress tracking.
• Ability to follow up on patches and assist in issue investigation.
