Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Execute UAT tests and log defects until closure.
• Collaborate with solution vendors for defect resolution.
• Conduct regression testing.
• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing business systems.
• Research and design customer journeys and user interfaces.
• Participate in testing cycles to ensure system functionality and quality.
• Support project management with documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure systems meet requirements and quality standards.
• Log defects in project management software like JIRA and track their closure.
• Report testing status to the Test Manager/Lead.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or diploma with an interest in testing methodologies.
• Ability to work on test planning, scoping, and script/case development.
• Skills in issue/bug reporting and test progress reporting.
• Experience in following up on patch validation and assisting in issue investigation.
