Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist HR Shared Service Centre customers with Tier 0 self-help materials and functionality.
- Resolve inquiries using knowledgebase documents within agreed service levels.
- Provide regular status updates and maintain customer contact until resolution.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and navigating company systems.
- Assume ownership of cases and update resolutions in the case management system.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the next level of support or subject matter experts.
- Identify gaps in knowledgebase and processes, suggesting improvements.
- Support transition activities across APAC, ensuring compliance with standardized processes and regulations.
- Enhance and implement HR Shared Services tools and technologies.
- Support key activities for successful transitions to the shared service center.
About you
The successful candidate should have:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a shared service center or customer service environment, preferably in HR services. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Excellent active listening skills, customer focus, and adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Workday, ServiceNow, and 3CX.
