Your role

Job description:

As a Technical Analyst Intern, you will assist in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of the business processes. You will work closely with senior executives and other managers to understand and solve technical problems. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical analysis and project management in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides for efficient operations
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the review and redesign of processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Document current and future processes using flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Provide support to project teams by gathering requirements, conducting research, and presenting findings.
  • Liaise with developers and other stakeholders for technical solutions and enhancements
  • Carry out studies on the operation of the fleet to improve aircraft reliability and performance

About you

Business skills and competencies:

  • Education required: Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
  • Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Malay
  • Proficient in the use of IT and software/systems (Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI)

Behavioral skills and competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a culturally diverse team.
  • Be able to work independently and also be a good team member. Since the job requires interaction with various user departments, good interpersonal skills will be necessary

  • Pro-active in seeking to improve processes making them more effective and efficient
  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
