Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Assist in strategizing content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate to develop content calendars and ensure timely post delivery.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for social media channels.
- Draft copies for posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Curate user-generated content showcasing customer experiences.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a creative mindset.
- Candidates are advised to share social media accounts or past creative portfolio/samples.
