Your role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute sales activities on various e-commerce platforms, including Facebook ads and social media.
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with customers promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through online interaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and offer products.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets (KPI).
  • Track and report sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Update industry market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Understand company products to provide efficient customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of online strategies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of Umrah operations, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Umrah operations.
  • Manage Umrah Course Online/Offline and coordinate with other departments or partners.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues (Biometric) from pilgrims promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation and materials to pilgrims.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances during the Umrah journey.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are well-prepared to assist pilgrims effectively.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
