Your role
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales activities on various e-commerce platforms, including Facebook ads and social media.
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with customers promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through online interaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and offer products.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets (KPI).
- Track and report sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Update industry market trends and competitors' activities.
- Understand company products to provide efficient customer service.
- Contribute to the development and execution of online strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Umrah operations, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Umrah operations.
- Manage Umrah Course Online/Offline and coordinate with other departments or partners.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues (Biometric) from pilgrims promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation and materials to pilgrims.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided and implement improvements as necessary.
- Assist in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances during the Umrah journey.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are well-prepared to assist pilgrims effectively.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
