Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage advance booking operations, including B2B job card creation, driver assignment, problem resolution, and driver movement monitoring.
- Ensure service fulfillment with a minimum of 90% job completion and 0% system cancellations.
- Handle quick queries from drivers and customers related to advance bookings.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with AirAsia Ride drivers and customers.
- Statistically analyze and report on operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet advance booking operational needs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in deadline management and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Independence and self-supervision skills, with a meticulous and self-driven approach.
- A positive attitude contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Availability for a minimum internship commitment of at least 6 months.
- Willingness to be based in KL Sentral/Puchong Office.
