Your role
Responsibilities
- Manage advance booking operations, including job card creation, driver assignment, and monitoring driver movements.
- Ensure service fulfilment and 100% job completion by drivers.
- Address queries from drivers and Interco PIC related to advance bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with AirAsia ride drivers and Interco.
- Analyze operations and develop statistical reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational needs.

- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Availability for a minimum 6-month internship in KL Sentral/Puchong Office.
