Your role

AirAsia is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join the AirAsia Airline team. Working with them, there’s no micro-management, no hiding behind fancy job titles. You are free to explore your way of doing things with lots of guidance and plenty of support from talented, super-smart managers and colleagues. They are going to be upfront - the way they work doesn't suit everyone. But if freedom, autonomy, and challenges rock your world, they could be a match made in heaven. So what's next?

What will you be doing each day?

• Support the recruitment team in managing the candidates' documentation and movement through the hiring process.
• Support the team with career fairs in Universities.
• Assist and participate in event hiring.
