Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Performs timely and accurate recording of general cash and cash equivalents transactions.
  • Records payroll, staff claims, and staff secondment transactions accurately.
  • Interacts daily with other functions and treasury officers to coordinate complete recording and reconciliation.
  • Monitors outstanding book reconciling items and coordinates with responsible persons for timely clearance.
  • Reconciles subsidiaries’ bank accounts and prepares monthly bank reconciliation reports for finance and auditors.
  • Coordinates issue resolution in the Cash Management Module within the accounting system.
  • Prepares monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks assigned by the assistant manager and manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • The ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred knowledge in Oracle.
