Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Serve as the primary contact for People Department inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with department managers to address HR challenges and initiatives.
- Partner with the CoE to develop and execute specialized HR programs.
- Facilitate communication of People Department policies and initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Oversee the Performance Management cycle and assist with PIPs.
- Verify job movements like transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Analyze market rates and manage compensation packages.
- Handle onboarding processes and work permit applications for new employees.
- Gather data and provide HR metrics reports for strategic decision-making.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
