Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for People Department inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address HR challenges and initiatives.
  • Partner with the CoE to develop and execute specialized HR programs.
  • Facilitate communication of People Department policies and initiatives.
  • Manage disciplinary matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Oversee the Performance Management cycle and assist with PIPs.
  • Verify job movements like transfers, promotions, and resignations.
  • Analyze market rates and manage compensation packages.
  • Handle onboarding processes and work permit applications for new employees.
  • Gather data and provide HR metrics reports for strategic decision-making.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
