Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage immigration, mobility, and Socso-related activities.
- Support employees in understanding and utilizing mobility policies.
- Assist with expatriate employment processes and Socso issues.
- Serve as a backup contact for the Global Mobility Specialist.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and Executive.
- Prepare detailed and graphic presentations.
- Perform other administrative support duties as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- No prior working experience required.
- Availability for a minimum 3-month internship.
