Your role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute sales activities across various e-commerce platforms
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with customers promptly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through online interaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets (KPI)
  • Track and report sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Update industry market trends and competitor activities
  • Understand company products to efficiently service customers
  • Contribute to the development and execution of online strategies
  • Identify new growth opportunities and propose innovative sales initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of Umrah operations, including transportation and accommodation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Umrah operations
  • Manage Umrah courses and coordinate with other departments or partners
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from pilgrims
  • Collaborate with service vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation to pilgrims
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality and implement improvements
  • Assist in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances during the Umrah journey
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to assist pilgrims effectively
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Be eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
  • Excel in Microsoft software
  • Be a good listener with strong communication skills
  • Have excellent cross-functional communication abilities
  • Engage well with customers
  • Be ready to handle all types of challenges
  • Be a fast learner of product knowledge
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English; fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, is a plus
  • Have a startup attitude and be highly collaborative with the team
