Join AirAsia as an Inflight Technical Support Assistant, managing device operations and ensuring seamless inflight service.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage daily collection, return, and inventory of operational devices.
- Ensure devices are ready and available at the start of each shift.
- Oversee device charging and conduct routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Identify and address minor technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Perform routine software updates and ensure proper device configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of device usage and provide regular performance reports.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting and updates (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to handle multiple devices.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
