Fixed Assets Executive (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Coordinate accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
• Review and clear open items in asset clearing accounts.
• Assist with Fixed Asset processing and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Verify asset registration, including fixed and low-value assets.
• Solve discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
• Prepare monthly schedules and ensure process compliance.
• Interface with departmental personnel for record verification.
• Support internal/external audits and tax requests.
• Liaise with colleagues and financial institutions globally.
• Work on projects to improve finance processes.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred knowledge in Oracle.
