Your role
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for IT support in daily operations.
- Elevate incident tickets and manage escalations per guidelines.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for IT service integration.
- Assist with equipment storage, tagging, records, and deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance for end-user computing.
- Support staff onboarding/offboarding and laptop deployment.
- Troubleshoot meeting room video conference systems.
- Manage end-user computing files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Support technical operations across AirAsia Group offices in Malaysia.
