Your role

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Support in managing their social media calendar by scheduling and posting on their social media channels for their Business and Consumer segments
  • Conduct market and customer research to support marketing campaign initiatives
  • Support in tracking social media KPIs and measuring the performance of your content against that. 
  • Prepare campaign briefs for the creative and digital marketing team to create content that meets objectives that attract and engage the right audience. This includes all forms of text, image, and video content. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Implement and use social media marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales, and Product Development teams
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
