CAMO Planning Executive (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Institutes and maintains an effective engineering planning and control system for Part 145 organization.
• Ensures timely and economical scheduling of maintenance for aircraft, engines, components, and equipment.
• Maintains a planning system for proper aircraft maintenance scheduling.
• Establishes procedures for regulatory-compliant work plans.
• Participates in new aircraft acquisition and re-delivery processes.
• Schedules airworthiness requirements like ADs and SBs.
• Organizes Aircraft Check Management and monitors maintenance checks.
• Reviews and plans engine and APU shop visits.
• Monitors maintenance forecasts for components and aircraft.
• Ensures daily reports from Part 145 are closely monitored.
• Requests concessions from QAM when necessary.
• Monitors training records annually.
• Issues and monitors task cards for scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
• Highlights issues in scheduled maintenance to the Planning Manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning with an airline or MRO; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to collaborate with other departments. High performance orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google-based applications.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and work with diverse personalities.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
