Account Payable and Payment Processing Executive (Rolling Intake)

Join AirAsia SEA in Petaling Jaya as an Executive/Senior Executive in Account Payable and Payment Processing, where you'll manage payments and vendor relations.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Prepare payment vouchers and upload them to the bank portal according to timelines and confirmations.
• Handle adhoc payments and update invoice statuses to vendors.
• Update SOA, prepare vendor reconciliations, and generate reports upon request.
• Ensure the withholding tax certificate is accurate and complete.
• Address queries related to bank reconciliation open items.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other related parties.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures, escalating issues to the team lead as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A dynamic, result-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably, experience using Oracle.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
