Your role

As a testing intern, you will be responsible for the following roles:

  • Perform the testing activities.
  • Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
  • Support SIT/UAT as user request
  • Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
  • Collaborate with IT and business users
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Training & development

AIA has a reasonable learning centre to support employees' development. Each learning has its own goals. AIA also provides comprehensive training to succeed in your roles. For this position, you will be trained to support the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either a full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning the practical knowledge of the business area, the company, and the industry. In the beginning, the new employees will get an onboarding section to learn company values and culture.
